Should meet the criteria as per Question number 1. Should have proposed Turnover, minimum 3 years market standing, WHO-GMP certificate & Non conviction certificate.
State PSUs & MSMEs manufacturing products within the State of Kerala are exempted from remitting Tender cost & EMD
If the rate quoted by an MSME is not L1, but comes within the price band of L1+10%, then orders will be placed for 30% of tender quantity
